Scotland is divided into four districts by Scottish Swimming. Bo’ness ASC is part of West District, the largest of the four districts. Competitions are regularly held in different parts of the country throughout the year.
A new season has started and the first competition was held in Cumbernauld on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th December. Swimmers can enter district competitions if they have achieved the relevant times. Remember British age and youth Gold medallists swim in these competitions so the standard is high.
