Another super weekend for the Bo’ness ASC swimmers. This was the last chance for the swimmers to achieve times for the British Age groups at Sheffield in July.

Bo’ness sent four swimmers through to the West District Competition at Tollcross, Glasgow. The 50m pool is the only competition pool open in Scotland at present as both The Dolan Centre, East Kilbride and The Commonwealth Pool, Edinburgh are undergoing refurbishment.

Duncan Scott now 14 was delighted with his 400 IM. His 4th place was a PB and a time for the British in July. He picked up a Bronze in the 200 Fly and achieved the final of the 100 Back. Sunday started with a PB in the 1500m and a 4th place. He competed in the 100 Fly and 200 IM on the Sunday afternoon.
