Duncan Scott is a remarkable, gold medal winning, record breaking, young swimmer.
In the summer of 2015 as the youngest male in the GB team he swam the heats before the 4 x 200 team went on to win gold at the world championships in Kazan. Earlier in the summer he won 6 medals in Baku to become the most decorated GB athlete.
At 17 he won a Commonwealth silver medal in the 4 x 200 relay with Dan Wallace, Stephen Milne, Duncan had the third leg and Robbie Renwick to finish.
In 2007 he broke his first swimming record and he’s gone from strength to strength since, consistently winning gold medals. On May 19th 2007, he broke his first West District Records at Larkhall in the 400 IM, 1500 Free and 200 Back.
He has several GB age group records and numerous Scottish Junior and Age Group Records. Both at long course and short course events.
