Duncan headed to Sheffield for the British Universities and Colleges Competition at Ponds Forge.
Friday night was a test of fitness with a 1500. Duncan finished 4th.

Afternoon Heats in the 50 Free qualified 8th with 22.71 and 400 IM Silver 4.14.53 HDW

Sunday:
Morning Heats in the 100 Free qualified 4th 49.91, 200 IM qualified 5th 2.05.89 and 400 Free Gold HDW 3.43 99
Afternoon Finals 100 Free Gold 47.78 No ranking him No 1 in the UK
200 IM Silver 1.58.81
4 x 50 Medlay Relay Bronze Duncan swam Fly and recorded the fastest 50 Fly leg
Stirling University finished 2nd overall. Impressive, particulary as they won 9 out of 17 mens events and medalled in most others!
